Welcome to the Fort Crailo Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR), located in Rensselaer, New York. God, Home, and Country. That is the motto that the NSDAR lives by and stands behind. Our organization was founded in 1890 with the simple mission of promoting historic preservation, education, and patriotism. These timeless, overarching principles keep the NSDAR strong and vitally relevant in this ever-changing world. Our nonprofit and nonpolitical volunteer women's service organization is dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America's future through better education. The organization consists of hundreds of thousands of women across the United States and the world. These vibrant, active women are the heart of DAR. We invite you to attend one of our meetings to learn even more about DAR. Please visit our Contact Us page to send us a message with any questions or to request further details about our meetings.
